If you join during a trial membership offering, it is your responsibility to track when the membership rolls over into a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan. The number of days of the trial is clearly outlined when you subscribe. If you fail to keep track and are charged for the initial monthly membership, no refunds will be made for that monthly membership fee. However, you can log in and cancel your membership immediately, if you choose. If you fail to track your trial and are charged for the annual membership, we will determine your refund by pro-rating the time you spent on this site at the $19 per month rate.
