In all my years of helping people change careers, I have never seen anyone with a path that's a straight shot from Point A to Point B.
- Or have you been on the path that looks like a bowl of spaghetti?
If you've been on your own case about the circuitous route you've been on, relax. Some twists and turns are absolutely a normal part of the process.

Opportunities within the green/clean/sustainable space are vast. Without a focus, you can expend a lot of energy and time trying to find something that will work for you.
You'll find you are experiencing a lot of false starts, dead ends and detours. |
When you begin your exploration based on what's true for you, your focus becomes a rudder that guides you toward the options that are most likely to work for you.
You'll find your insights and discoveries allow you to make subtle course corrections to build momentum as your clarity about your career direction increases.
