Have you already worked through the What's Your Green Niche ebook?
Are you wondering whether the Jump Start Your Green Career Intensive can help you?
The answer depends on your experience with the ebook. Read over the following statements. Which one do you resonate with?
You've looked at the ebook, but haven't really worked through the activities yet.
You've started working your way through the ebook, but you can't find the time or motivation to finish.
You've completed the activities in the ebook, but you aren't comfortable or confident about your results.
If you resonate with any one of these three statements, you will definitely benefit from this intensive!
If you have a sense of your green career focus, whether you've worked through the What's Your Green Niche ebook or you came to Green Career Central with a focus in mind, you may already have the beginnings of your green niche.
The question is whether your green niche is clear enough and specific enough to help you launch an effective, productive green job search. If you are struggling to gain traction with your job search, a vague green career niche may be the issue.
A short conversation with Carol will help you understand your options. Depending on your level of clarity, you may decide you'd still benefit from the Jump Start Your Green Career Intensive or you may choose to participate in a Jump Start Express program.

Why Is the Jump Start Your Green Career Program Called An Intensive?
You may wonder why we are calling this workshop an "Intensive." As you'll see in the outline below, each week of the program is designed to help you make discernable progress toward your goal each week. To achieve this goal, we guide you through a series of activities, with one week's activities building on the activities of the previous week.
To reap the full benefit of the Jump Start Your Green Career Intensive, it's important that you understand that you'll be be receiving a total of 26 emails during the seven week program. Some weeks you'll receive an activity each week day. Other weeks you'll only receive three emails during the week, but you'll likely be thinking about the activities even if you didn't receive a new email. Remember, the whole point of the program is to help you move forward!
To achieve these results, you'll need to spend time working on and reflecting on each activity as you receive it. On average, you are likely to spend between 30 and 60 minutes working on / thinking about / journaling about the activity of the day. (If you know you are going to have a busy week, you'll need to plan to work through the activities over the weekend to be ready for the next week's activities.)
We've found that this drip, drip, drip method of distributing activities is much more effective than giving you all of the activities for a week at once. By working on each email at a time, you'll be able to see incremental shifts in your thinking, and we'll be able to provide you with the feedback you need to stay on track during the week.
If you have questions about how the pace and intensity of the program will fit into your life, please sign up for a personal consultation with Carol.

Note from Carol:
As I was designing this workshop I knew I wanted to provide as much personalized support as possible in a group workshop. To accomplish this goal I've invited two experienced coaches to join me in facilitating this workshop. I selected these two coaches for several reasons. Both of these coaches completed training with me several years ago and have used my career change materials with their own clients since then. In addition, each of these women has a deep connection with the environment and sustainable practices. We all look forward to help you jump start your green career!
