What You'll Find on Green Career Central
Green Career Central is committed to growing with the green economy. Each week we add more articles, resources, worksheets and tools to the site to reflect the changes that are happening in the green economy.
- Green Economy Map and Green Industries. We provide you with a visual depiction of how green industries fit together into meaningful industry categories.
- Green Industry Profiles. We are currently expanding our set of green industry profiles. Each profile provides a jumping off point for your clients to read an overview of their target industry, discover key associations, identify educational institutions, find relevant job boards, and more.
- Audio Interviews. We have several interview series on the site. In one series, we interview people who have Cool Green Careers and in the other we speak to Green Industry Experts about exciting new trends. These audios provide a great opportunity to learn more about a particular profession or industry. Members have access to the recordings and transcripts of each of these interviews.
- Green Economy Information. One of the best sources of information about the green economy are the reports and plans published various research organizations. We often write reviews of these reports so that you can gain access to the highlights that matter most to you.
- We've also added a Green Career Central Job Board that is available to our members and the public.
On the job board, your students/clients can:
- Post their resume anonymously--at no charge
- Search the job postings
- Bookmark job postings that are of interest to them
- Create personalized job alerts that are sent via e-mail when positions that match their needs are added to the Job Board
- Manage multiple versions of their resume and cover letter
- Review and respond to the requests they receive from potential employers

If more than one counselor in your office will access the site, you'll need to purchase one membership for each counselor.
