What is the greatest contribution Susan's small business start-up coaching with Susan has made to you — personally and professionally?

Susan's coaching provided my partner and me the direction and focus we needed to get our business under way. Each session was targeted, productive, and left us with tasks to complete. She provided us the tools needed to accomplish this and she generously shared her own experience when we asked.

Her coaching gave me the experience of being taken through methodical steps to go from point A to point B, C, etc. and see the results each week! A specific example is an exercise called, “Our First Clients”. This exercise took my partner and I through a process of defining where our client would have been 18 months ago, “now” and 18 months into the future. We filled in the blanks to create five “stages” and amazingly from this, we created a number of key aspects of our business. It included clarity, on our part, of exactly who we were targeting, our clientele and their needs, the outline and foundation of a workbook, a workshop we were offering, a variety of writing materials, and text for our website and brochure.

Personally, I so appreciated the experience with Susan. Her experience and expertise gave me the confidence that each week we were reaching intermediate goals.
